Who We Are

Dritan Gjonaj was born in the northern Albanian town of Pukë and carries within him the values of tradition, strength, and community. These roots shape his vision: to create projects that honor cultural heritage while simultaneously fostering innovation, sustainability, and modern growth.

Thanks to his fluency in Albanian, Italian, German, English, and Greek, he serves as a natural bridge between Albania and the international business world. Over the years, he has built strong networks with investors, entrepreneurs, leading politicians, and international institutions.

His career spans real estate developments, wellness and care projects, children’s hospitals, as well as solar and green energy initiatives. With Terra Solar Albania, he pursues the mission of making Albania a hub for sustainable innovation, luxury projects, and international investments.

Beyond this, he is committed to social responsibility: plans are underway for the establishment of a large medical center, specializing in hospitals, children’s clinics, and facilities for dementia patients. This is complemented by projects for children and young people with special challenges, as well as modern rehabilitation centers for individuals with mental illnesses or chronic physical conditions. These include, in particular, lung diseases, cardiovascular problems, neurological disorders, or psychosomatic ailments. The healing effects of nature, sun, and sea climate are intentionally harnessed to give patients a renewed quality of life.

This combination of social commitment, modern medicine, and sustainable infrastructure aims to set a Europe-wide standard.
